  • How do I book an appointment?

    You can book online through our website — just hit “Book An Appointment” at the top of every page. Prefer a more personal touch? Call us anytime during salon hours.

  • What should I know before my first visit?

    Come as you are. We’ll walk you through every step. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in, especially if you’re a new client.

  • How long do treatments take?

    Most sessions range between 15–120 minutes depending on the service. You’ll find estimated times listed on our treatment pages when booking.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes! Treat someone you love to a glow-up. Gift cards are available in-studio or online and can be used on any service.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Any cancellations MUST be done 24 hours prior to your appointment. 


    Any cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service  —regardless of the reason of cancellation.

  • How can I reschedule my appointment?

    You are more than welcome to reschedule your appointment within the first 24 hours via your confirmation or reminder emails.


    Any rescheduling appointments after 24 hours is classified as CANCELLATION.

  • What if I don’t show up to my appointment?

    If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us prior — you will be given a 15 minute grade period.


    After 15 minutes, you will be charged 100% of the service fee without further notice.


    Failure to pay fees will result in fees having to be paid before any any appointments can be made, and can result in declining any future appointments with you.


    No shows are not tolerated or accepted.

  • Are the prices of a specific treatment subject to change?

    Prices can change at any time without notice.


    All prices are subject to change without warning or prior notice. Prices are not guaranteed to remain the same and can change at any time.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Strictly no refunds.


    Non-Surgical Aesthetic Treatments

    Products used for cosmetic treatments are S4 drugs and cannot be refunded.


    Skin Treatments

    Refunds may be issued only if the patient had a reaction to products used (may request review in clinic or photo evidence).


    I cannot guarantee results on either aesthetic treatments or skin treatments. Refunds or credits will not be given for this factor. Individual results vary.

  • Is my deposit refundable?

    The deposit made to secure your appointment is non refundable and non transferable.

  • How do we maintain compliance?

    To ensure full compliance with the latest national regulations, we have introduced several important changes within the clinic

  • Why can’t I see pricing for some services when I book online?

    No online pricing for S4 medications — Pricing can only be discussed during an in-person or Zoom consultation (not over the phone).

  • Do I need to have a consultation?

    Consultation required — Every appointment begins with a consultation to assess suitability before any treatment.

  • Can I call for pricing or for treatment options available to me?

    No phone consultations for non surgical procedures — Consultations are only available in-clinic or via Zoom.

  • Do I need a script for non surgical procedures?

    Same-day prescribing only — From 2nd September, scripts can only be provided for treatments performed on that same day. If you are considering additional treatments, they must be scripted and performed that day. A doctor’s consultation fee still applies. This script is organised and completed in clinic no need to see a GP beforehand.

  • What is the minimum age for non-surgical procedures?

    We cannot advertise services to anyone under 18. Our Instagram is restricted to 18+, and treatments are only available for patients over 18.

  • Can I see before-and-after results?

    We no longer share before-and-after photos online to remain compliant. However, examples can be shown during your consultation in clinic, with the understanding that individual results will always vary.

  • Why has some content been removed from your social media?

    To align with advertising regulations, our posts now focus solely on educational content. Entertainment-style content is no longer published.

  • Do I need to pay on the day of my treatment?

    Yes. Financial consent is required — patients must sign a financial agreement and consent form prior to every treatment, and payment is made on the day of service.

  • What if I’m not sure which treatment is right for me?

    That’s completely fine. We provide informed consent at every visit, ensuring you fully understand the risks, benefits, and all available options before making a decision.

  • Do your posts and marketing meet industry regulations

    Advertising compliance — All posts and marketing strictly adhere to TGA and AHPRA standards.

  • Is your AHPRA registration visible in your advertising?

    AHPRA registration displayed — All posts and advertising will include registration details and required disclaimers.

  • How do I raise a complaint?

    Complaints process available — Clear guidance on where and how to raise concerns or complaints will be provided for full transparency.

  • Do I need a consultation before treatment?

    Suitability is assessed during your consultation. We’ll review your goals, medical history, and lifestyle factors before recommending any treatment.

  • Are your treatments safe?

    All treatments are performed by qualified, experienced practitioners. We follow strict safety protocols and only use TGA-approved products and devices.

  • What happens if I have questions after my appointment?

    You’re always welcome to contact us. We provide clear aftercare instructions and ongoing support following your treatment.

  • Can I have treatment on the same day as my consultation?

    Sometimes, yes — if it is safe and appropriate. However, certain treatments may require you to reschedule it for a later date.

  • Do you offer packages or discounts?

    We provide treatment plans tailored to your needs. All pricing is transparent, with financial consent required prior to treatment.

  • What should I expect after treatment?

    This varies by procedure. During your consultation, we’ll explain expected results, possible downtime, aftercare, and when to follow up.

  • How do I book an appointment?

    You can book online, by phone, or in person at the clinic. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
